5. Setup and Installation

The ELG FULL20 mount is preassembled for ease of installation. Follow these steps carefully:

  1. Attach Mount Parts to TV: Secure the TV bracket arms to the back of your TV using the provided screws, washers, and spacers. Ensure VESA holes align correctly.
  2. Choose Wall Location and Install Wall Plate: Determine the ideal height and position on your wall. Use the included bubble level to ensure the wall plate is perfectly horizontal. Mark drilling points and drill pilot holes. Secure the wall plate to the wall using appropriate fasteners for your wall type (wood stud, concrete, or brick). Toggle bolts are not included but may be required for plaster/drywall installations if not mounting to a stud.
  3. Hang TV on Wall Plate: Carefully lift your TV with the attached bracket arms and hook it onto the wall plate. Ensure both parts are securely fitted together. Engage the quick-release locking system for added safety.

6. Operating Instructions

The ELG FULL20 mount offers full motion capabilities to optimize your viewing experience:

  • Tilt Adjustment: The TV can be tilted vertically from +5° to -20°. Loosen the tilt adjustment knobs, set your desired angle, and tighten the knobs to secure.
  • Swivel Adjustment: The mount allows for a swivel of up to 90° (left or right, depending on TV size and wall distance). Gently push or pull the TV to achieve your preferred viewing angle.
  • Extension Adjustment: The arms adjust the distance from the wall from 2.36 to 10.24 inches (6 to 26 cm). Extend or retract the arms as needed.
  • Level Adjustment: A ±3° level adjustment is available to fine-tune the horizontal alignment of your TV after installation.
  • Cable Management: Utilize the integrated cable organizer to route and conceal cables for a clean and organized appearance.
