Setup

1. Attaching the T-Mount Adapter: The lens utilizes a T-mount (T-thread) system. First, securely screw the appropriate T-ring adapter (often included with the 2x converter or purchased separately) onto your camera body. Ensure it is firmly seated.
2. Attaching the Lens: Align the T-mount on the lens with the T-ring adapter on your camera. Gently twist the lens clockwise until it locks into place. Do not force the connection.

Operating Instructions

Manual Focus

This lens is a manual focus lens. There is no autofocus capability. To focus, rotate the knurled focus ring located on the front of the lens until your subject appears sharp in the viewfinder or on your camera's LCD screen. For precise focusing, especially at long focal lengths, use your camera's live view mode with magnification.

Aperture Control

The lens features a fixed maximum aperture of f/8 and a minimum aperture of f/32. Adjust the aperture ring on the lens to control the amount of light entering the camera and to influence depth of field. Wider apertures (smaller f-numbers) allow more light and create shallower depth of field, while narrower apertures (larger f-numbers) reduce light and increase depth of field.
