Operating Instructions
Follow these steps for accurate blood pressure measurement:
1. Prepare for Measurement
- Sit comfortably in a chair with your back supported and feet flat on the floor.
- Rest your arm on a table so the cuff is at heart level.
- Avoid talking, moving, or eating for at least 5 minutes before measurement.
- Ensure the arm cuff is correctly applied to your upper arm, directly on the skin, about 1-2 cm above the elbow. The applicable arm circumference range is 22.0 to 32.0 cm.

2. Start Measurement
- Press the [Measure/Stop] switch to start the measurement. The cuff will inflate automatically.
- Remain still and quiet during the measurement.
- The measurement results (systolic, diastolic blood pressure, and pulse rate) will be displayed on the LCD screen once the measurement is complete.
3. Stop Measurement (If Necessary)
- If you feel any discomfort or strong pressure during measurement, press the [Measure/Stop] switch again, disconnect the air hose plug, or remove the cuff immediately.
4. Important Measurement Guidelines
- Do not take continuous measurements. Allow an interval of at least 1 minute between measurements to prevent congestion or swelling in the arm.
- The device stores up to 90 measurement readings in its memory.
Maintenance
Proper care and maintenance will ensure the longevity and accuracy of your blood pressure monitor.
- Cleaning: Wipe the main unit and cuff with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the device in water.
- Storage: When not in use for an extended period, remove the batteries from the device. Store the monitor in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, high temperatures, humidity, dust, and corrosive gases.
- Battery Replacement: If the power mark appears on the display or the device does not turn on when pressing the [Measure/Stop] switch, replace all four AA alkaline batteries simultaneously with new ones. If using rechargeable batteries, ensure they are fully charged.
