Important Safety Instructions
Please read all instructions carefully before using the sewing machine. Keep this manual for future reference.
- Always unplug the machine from the electrical outlet immediately after using and before cleaning or servicing.
- Do not operate the machine with a damaged cord or plug. If the machine is not working properly, has been dropped, damaged, or dropped into water, contact customer support.
- Keep fingers away from all moving parts. Special care is required around the sewing machine needle.
- Always use the correct needle plate. The wrong plate can cause the needle to break.
- Do not pull on the fabric while sewing. This may deflect the needle and cause it to break.
- Turn the sewing machine off when making any adjustments in the needle area, such as threading the needle, changing the needle, or changing the presser foot.
- Never drop or insert any object into any opening.
- Do not use outdoors.
- Do not operate where aerosol (spray) products are being used or where oxygen is being administered.

- Bobbin Installation:
- Open the lock panel covering the bobbin area.
- Insert a wound bobbin into the bobbin case, ensuring the thread unwinds counter-clockwise.
- Guide the bobbin thread through the tension spring and out through the small opening.
- Close the lock panel.

- Place a spool of thread on the spool pin.
- Guide the thread through the first thread guide.
- Pass the thread down through the tension discs.
- Bring the thread up and through the take-up lever.
- Guide the thread down through the remaining thread guides to the needle.

- Starting to Sew:
- Place your fabric under the presser foot.
- Lower the presser foot lever.
- Turn the power switch to 'L' (Low speed) or 'H' (High speed), or gently press the foot pedal for variable speed control.
- Guide the fabric gently as it feeds through the machine. Do not pull or push forcefully.
- Reverse Stitching: Press and hold the Reverse Button to sew backward, which is useful for securing the beginning and end of seams. Release the button to resume forward stitching.
- LED Lamp: The LED lamp illuminates the sewing area for better visibility. It turns on automatically when the machine is powered on.
- Thread Cutter: After completing a seam, raise the presser foot and needle, then pull the fabric to the side and use the built-in thread cutter to snip the threads.
- Tension Adjustment: If stitches appear too loose or too tight, adjust the Upper Thread Adjustment Knob. Turn clockwise to increase tension, counter-clockwise to decrease. Test on scrap fabric.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Regularly clean lint and dust from the bobbin area and feed dogs using a small brush. Ensure the machine is unplugged before cleaning.
- Needle Replacement: Replace the needle regularly, especially if it becomes bent, dull, or if you experience frequent thread breakage or skipped stitches. To replace, loosen the needle clamp screw, remove the old needle, insert a new needle with the flat side facing the back, and tighten the screw.
- Storage: When not in use, store the machine in a dry, dust-free environment. Use the built-in handle for easy transport.
