Getting Started (Setup)
- Unpack the Massager: Carefully remove the massager from its packaging and inspect it for any damage.
- Placement: Place the massager on a flat, stable surface in a comfortable seating area. Ensure the power cord can reach an electrical outlet without being strained.
- Power Connection: Plug the power adapter into the massager's power port, then plug the other end into a standard electrical outlet.
- Prepare for Use: For optimal hygiene and comfort, it is recommended to wear socks when using the foot massager.
Operating Instructions
The Homedics Shiatsu Flex Ankle & Foot Massager offers various settings for a personalized experience. Use the control panel on the device or the dedicated smartphone app.

- Power On/Off: Press the Power button to turn the massager on. The indicator light will illuminate. Press again to turn off.
- Selecting Massage Modes: Press the Mode button to cycle through the available massage styles:
- Shiatsu: Deep kneading massage.
- Flex: Combines shiatsu with other movements.
- Air Compression: Rhythmic squeezing massage.

- Adjusting Strength: Press the Strength button to increase or decrease the intensity of the massage.
- Activating Heat Function: Press the Heat button to activate the soothing heat function. Press again to turn off. Note that the heat function may not be intensely hot but provides gentle warmth.
- Smartphone App Feature: Download the Homedics Massage App from your smartphone's app store. This app allows you to control the massager and create custom massage programs. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone. If the app fails to connect, try unplugging the massager for 10 seconds and plugging it back in to reset the Bluetooth connection.
Care and Maintenance
- Cleaning: Always unplug the massager before cleaning. Wipe the exterior with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners, brushes, gasoline, kerosene, glass/furniture polish, or paint thinner to clean the massager.
- Storage: Store the massager in its box or a cool, dry place. Avoid contact with sharp edges or pointed objects which might cut or puncture the fabric surface.
Troubleshooting
