4. Setup

- Selecting Mode (TENS/EMS): The device automatically starts in a default mode. Use the 'MODE' button to cycle through the available 8 pre-set programs. The display will show the current program number (e.g., P1, P2).
- Adjusting Intensity: Use the '+' and '-' buttons to increase or decrease the intensity level for each channel (CH1 and CH2) independently. Start with a low intensity and gradually increase until you feel a comfortable, yet effective, sensation. The device offers 25 intensity levels.
