4. Setup Instructions

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Ensure all parts listed in the packing list are present.
  2. Placement: Choose a flat, level surface for the treadmill, ensuring adequate space around it for safe operation and access.
  3. Unfolding: Gently unfold the treadmill from its compact position. Ensure the handlebars are securely locked into their upright position.
  4. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
  5. Safety Key: Attach the safety key to the designated slot on the console. The treadmill will not operate without the safety key in place.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Getting Started

  1. Step onto the treadmill belt, placing your feet on the side rails.
  2. Attach the safety clip of the safety key to your clothing.
  3. Press the START button on the console or remote control. The treadmill will begin at a low speed.

5.2 Adjusting Speed

  • Use the '+' and '-' buttons on the console or remote to increase or decrease the speed. The speed range is 1-6 km/h.

5.3 Using the LCD Display

The LCD display provides real-time feedback on your workout:

  • TIME: Displays the duration of your workout.
  • DISTANCE: Shows the total distance covered.
  • SPEED: Indicates your current walking speed.
  • CALORIES: Estimates the calories burned during your session.

  • Press the STOP button on the console or remote control.
  • In an emergency, pull the safety key to immediately stop the treadmill.
