4. Setup

4.1 Unpacking

  • Carefully remove the appliance from its packaging.
  • Check for any damage during transit. Do not use if damaged.
  • Remove all packing materials, including any protective films or tapes.

4.2 Placement

  • Place the oven microwave on a stable, level surface capable of supporting its weight.
  • Ensure sufficient clearance around the appliance for proper ventilation (minimum 10 cm on sides and back, 30 cm above).
  • Do not place near heat sources or in direct sunlight.

4.3 Power Connection

  • Plug the power cord into a dedicated 100V, 50/60Hz grounded electrical outlet.
  • Do not use extension cords or adapters.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Control Panel Overview

The control panel consists of a mode dial, a display, and a Start/OK dial with a Cancel/Setting button.

5.2 Microwave Functions

Use the mode dial to select a microwave function. The display will show available options.

  • Automatic Reheat: For general reheating of food. The oven detects the food's temperature and adjusts heating time.
  • Manual Reheat: Allows you to set the heating time and power level manually.
  • Beverages: Optimized for heating drinks.
  • Frozen Rice: Specific setting for reheating frozen rice.
  • Defrost: For thawing frozen food.

5.3 Oven Functions

Use the mode dial to select the oven function. The display will show temperature and time settings.

  • Temperature Control: Set temperatures from 100°C to 250°C in 10°C increments. For temperatures between 210°C and 250°C, the oven operates for approximately 3 minutes before automatically switching to 200°C.
  • Preheat: Heats the oven to the desired temperature before cooking.
  • No Preheat: Starts cooking immediately without preheating.
  • Fermentation: Maintains a constant temperature of 40°C for dough proofing.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning and maintenance ensure optimal performance and longevity of your appliance.

6.1 Exterior Cleaning

  • Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth.
  • Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or spray cleaners directly on the appliance.

6.2 Interior Cleaning

  • After each use, wipe the interior with a damp cloth to remove food splatters.

  • The oven tray can be washed with dish soap and water.
