5. Installation Instructions

Follow these steps for safe and proper installation. It is recommended to consult a qualified electrician if you are unsure about any part of the installation process.

1. Prepare the Installation Area:
   • Turn off power at the circuit breaker before starting any electrical work.
   • Determine the desired location for each light fixture. Ensure there are no obstructions (e.g., pipes, wires, joists) in the ceiling cavity.
   • Use the provided template to mark the cut-out hole on the ceiling. The recommended cut-out hole size is approximately 6.10 inches (155mm).
2. Cut the Hole:
   • Carefully cut the marked hole in the ceiling using an appropriate tool (e.g., hole saw).

3. Connect the Wires:
   • Open the junction box cover.
   • Connect the household electrical wires to the corresponding wires in the junction box using the provided wire nuts:
     • Black wire to Black (Live)
     • White wire to White (Neutral)
     • Green/Bare copper wire to Green (Ground)
   • Ensure all connections are secure and properly insulated. Close the junction box cover.

4. Connect the LED Panel to the Driver:
   • Plug the connector from the LED panel into the corresponding receptacle on the junction box (driver).

5. Insert the Light into the Ceiling:
   • Gently push the junction box through the cut-out hole into the ceiling cavity.
   • Push the spring-loaded clips on the sides of the LED panel upwards and insert the light fixture into the hole.
   • Release the clips; they will secure the light fixture firmly against the ceiling.

6. Restore Power:
   • Once all lights are installed, restore power at the circuit breaker.
   • Test the lights to ensure proper operation.
