Please read this manual thoroughly before operating the unit to ensure proper use and care.

Setup

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the unit from its packaging. Retain the packaging for future transport or storage.
  2. Placement: Place the unit on a flat, stable surface away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and excessive dust or moisture. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit.
  3. Power Connection: Connect the AC power cord to the unit's power input and then to a standard wall outlet.
  4. Initial Turntable Setup: Remove any protective shipping materials from the turntable platter and tonearm. Ensure the tonearm is unlocked from its rest.

Operating

Turntable Operation

  1. Lift the top lid of the unit.
  2. Place a vinyl record on the turntable platter. If playing a 45 RPM single, place the included 45 RPM adapter on the center spindle first.
  3. Select the appropriate speed (33 1/3, 45, or 78 RPM) using the speed selector switch located near the tonearm.
  4. Rotate the 'Tape/CD/Radio/Phono' knob to the 'Phono' position.
  5. Gently lift the tonearm from its rest and move it over the desired starting groove of the record.
  6. Lower the tonearm slowly onto the record. The music will begin to play.
  7. Adjust the volume using the 'Volume' knob on the front panel.
  8. At the end of the record, the tonearm will automatically return to its rest (if auto-stop is enabled). Otherwise, manually lift the tonearm and return it to its rest.

Radio Operation

  1. Rotate the 'Tape/CD/Radio/Phono' knob to the 'Radio' position.
  2. Press the 'AM/FM' button to select between AM and FM bands.
  3. Rotate the 'Tuning' knob to select your desired radio station. The frequency will be displayed on the analog dial.
  4. Adjust the volume using the 'Volume' knob.

CD Player Operation

  1. Rotate the 'Tape/CD/Radio/Phono' knob to the 'CD' position.
  2. Press the 'Open/Close' button on the front panel to open the CD tray.
  3. Place a CD with the label side facing up into the tray.
  4. Press the 'Open/Close' button again to close the CD tray. The unit will read the disc.
  5. Press the 'Play/Pause' button to start playback.
  6. Use the 'Skip' buttons (forward/backward) to navigate between tracks.
  7. Press the 'Stop' button to stop playback.

Cassette Player Operation

  1. Rotate the 'Tape/CD/Radio/Phono' knob to the 'Tape' position.
  2. Insert a cassette tape into the cassette deck slot located on the side of the unit.
  3. The tape will begin to play automatically.
  4. Use the control buttons on the cassette deck for Play, Fast Forward, Rewind, and Stop.
  5. To eject the tape, press the 'Eject' button located next to the cassette slot.

Aux-in Connection

  1. Connect one end of the included auxiliary cable to the 'Line In' jack on the front panel of the unit.
  2. Connect the other end of the auxiliary cable to the headphone jack or audio output of your external device (e.g., smartphone, MP3 player).
  3. Rotate the 'Tape/CD/Radio/Phono' knob to the 'CD' position (or any other mode, as Aux-in typically overrides other audio inputs).
  4. Start playback on your external device.
  5. Adjust the volume using the 'Volume' knob on the unit and/or your external device.

Bluetooth Connection

  1. Rotate the 'Tape/CD/Radio/Phono' knob to the 'CD' position. The unit will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode, indicated by a flashing 'BT' on the digital display.
  2. Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone or other Bluetooth-enabled device.
  3. Search for 'Crosley Musician' (or similar name) in your device's Bluetooth settings and select it to pair.
  4. Once successfully paired, the 'BT' indicator will stop flashing and remain solid.
  5. Start playing music on your Bluetooth device. The audio will stream wirelessly to the Crosley unit.
  6. Adjust the volume using the 'Volume' knob on the unit and/or your Bluetooth device.
