4. Setup

4.1 Power Connection

1. Connect the provided power adapter to the DC IN port on the back of the speaker.
2. Plug the power adapter into a standard wall outlet.
3. The LCD display will light up, indicating the unit is powered on.

4.2 Setting the Time

1. Press and hold the MODE/O button until the time display starts flashing.
2. Use the -/K and +/M buttons to adjust the hour.
3. Press the OK/C button to confirm the hour and move to minutes.
4. Use the -/K and +/M buttons to adjust the minutes.
5. Press the OK/C button to confirm the minutes and exit time setting mode.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Bluetooth Pairing

1. Ensure the speaker is powered on.
2. Press the MODE/O button repeatedly until the Bluetooth indicator (usually a 'BT' symbol) flashes on the LCD display. This indicates the speaker is in pairing mode.
3. On your mobile device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
4. Select "IMW466-N" from the list of devices.
5. Once paired, the Bluetooth indicator on the speaker's display will stop flashing and remain solid. You can now play audio wirelessly through the speaker.

5.2 AUX Input

1. Connect one end of a 3.5mm audio cable (not included) to the AUX IN port on the speaker.
2. Connect the other end of the audio cable to the headphone jack or audio output of your external audio device.
3. Press the MODE/O button repeatedly until the display indicates AUX mode.
4. Audio from your external device will now play through the speaker.

5.3 Setting and Using Alarms

1. Press the ALARM button. The alarm time will flash on the display.
2. Use the -/K and +/M buttons to adjust the alarm hour.
3. Press OK/C to confirm the hour and move to minutes.
4. Use the -/K and +/M buttons to adjust the alarm minutes.
5. Press OK/C to confirm the minutes. You may then be prompted to select the alarm source (e.g., buzzer, Bluetooth audio).
6. Press ALARM again to activate/deactivate the alarm. An alarm icon will appear/disappear on the display.
7. When the alarm sounds, press the SNOOZE button to temporarily silence it for a few minutes.
8. To turn off the alarm completely, press the ALARM button during the alarm sound.

5.4 USB Charging

The Altec Lansing IMW466-N features a wireless charging pad on its top surface, allowing compatible smartphones to charge simply by being placed on the designated area. The image shows a smartphone actively charging.
