Setup and Charging

Before first use, ensure your MANGROOMER™ Ultimate PRO Self-Haircut Kit is fully charged.

1. Initial Charge: Connect the power adapter to the trimmer and plug it into a wall outlet. The charging indicator light will illuminate (red during charging, green when fully charged). Allow approximately 8-12 hours for the initial full charge.
2. Battery Life: The new LITHIUM MAX™ battery allows for fast recharging and extended cordless use. A fully charged unit provides ample operating time.
3. Corded and Cordless Use: The trimmer can be used both corded (while plugged in) and cordless for maximum versatility.

Operating Instructions

The MANGROOMER™ Ultimate PRO Self-Haircut Kit is designed for easy and effective self-haircuts. Follow these steps for optimal results:

1. Selecting a Guide Comb

• Choose one of the 9 length guide combs (1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, 3.0mm, 4.5mm, 6mm, 9mm, 12mm, 15mm) based on your desired hair length.
• Attach the selected comb securely to the trimmer head. Ensure it clicks into place.

2. Ergonomic Handling

• The trimmer features an ergonomic rubberized design that fits comfortably in your hand, providing maximum control.
• Hold the trimmer firmly but comfortably, ensuring a secure grip during use.

3. Cutting Your Hair

• Turn on the trimmer by pressing the power button.
• Start with a longer guide comb if you are unsure of the desired length, and gradually switch to shorter combs if needed.
• Move the trimmer slowly and evenly against the direction of hair growth.
• For the top of your head, use smooth, overlapping strokes.
• For the back of your head and around the ears, the ergonomic design allows for easy maneuvering.
• The self-sharpening stainless steel blades will precisely cut to the contour of your head.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your trimmer.

1. Cleaning the Blades: The trimmer is waterproof. After each use, turn off the trimmer and rinse the blades under running water to remove hair clippings.
2. For a more thorough cleaning, detach the blade assembly from the trimmer body. Use the included cleaning brush to remove any trapped hair.
3. Oiling the Blades: Apply a small amount of the included blade oil to the blades after cleaning, especially if rinsing with water. This helps maintain blade sharpness and prevents rust.
4. Storage: Store the trimmer and all accessories in the provided storage and travel case when not in use.
