2. Safety Information

4.2 Powering On/Off

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Taking a Measurement

The PCE-PGM 60 has a quick measuring time of 0.5 seconds.

  1. Ensure the device is calibrated.
  2. Place the measuring aperture of the device firmly and flat against the surface to be measured.
  3. Press the measurement button (or tap the 'Measure' option on the touchscreen).
  4. The measurement result will be displayed on the screen in GU (Gloss Units).

5.2 Navigating the Touchscreen Display

The 3.5" TFT touchscreen display allows for intuitive navigation.

  • Tap icons or menu items to select them.

5.3 Data Storage and Transfer

The device has internal memory for up to 1000 baseline measurements. Software is included for data management.

  • Measurements are automatically saved to internal memory.

6.1 Cleaning
