Product Overview

Setup

Operating Instructions

Powering On/Off

• To turn on the speaker, slide the POWER switch to the "ON" position.
• To turn off the speaker, slide the POWER switch to the "OFF" position.

Bluetooth Pairing

1. Turn on the speaker. It will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode, indicated by an audible prompt.
2. Enable Bluetooth on your mobile device (smartphone, tablet, etc.).
3. Search for "iDance Groove 216" in your device's Bluetooth list and select it to pair.
4. Once successfully paired, you will hear a confirmation sound. You can now play audio wirelessly from your device.

USB/TF Card Playback

1. Insert a USB flash drive or TF card (with MP3 files) into the respective port/slot.
2. The speaker will automatically switch to USB/TF mode and begin playing music. If not, press the MODE button to cycle through input modes until you reach USB/TF.
3. Use the Play/Pause and Previous/Next track buttons to control playback.

Microphone Usage

1. Connect the wired microphone to the MIC IN jack.
2. Adjust the microphone volume using the MIC. VOL knob.
3. Use the ECHO knob to add or remove echo effect to your voice.

Aux-in Usage

1. Connect an external audio device (e.g., MP3 player, laptop) to the LINE IN (3.5mm) port using an audio cable (not included).
2. The speaker will automatically switch to AUX mode. If not, press the MODE button to cycle through input modes.
3. Control playback and volume from your connected device.

Disco Ball and LED Lights

• Slide the LED switch to "ON" to activate the RGB disco ball and the woofer's LED lights.
• Slide the LED switch to "OFF" to turn off the lights.

Charging the Battery

The iDance Groove 216 features a built-in rechargeable lithium battery. When the battery is low, the speaker may indicate this with an audible prompt or reduced performance.

• Connect the provided power adapter to the DC12V IN port on the back of the speaker.
• Plug the adapter into a standard wall outlet.
• The CHAR/FULL LED indicator will light up red during charging.
• Once fully charged, the LED indicator will turn green.
• A full charge typically takes 4-6 hours and provides 2-4 hours of playtime, depending on usage volume and LED light activation.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the exterior of the speaker. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Storage: When not in use for extended periods, store the speaker in a cool, dry place. It is recommended to charge the battery every 3-6 months to maintain its lifespan.
