Control Panel Layout:

Setup

Operating Instructions
Powering On/Off
- To turn on the speaker, slide the POWER switch to the "ON" position.
- To turn off the speaker, slide the POWER switch to the "OFF" position.
Bluetooth Pairing
- Turn on the speaker. It will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode, indicated by an audible prompt.
- Enable Bluetooth on your mobile device (smartphone, tablet, etc.).
- Search for "iDance Groove 216" in your device's Bluetooth list and select it to pair.
- Once successfully paired, you will hear a confirmation sound. You can now play audio wirelessly from your device.
USB/TF Card Playback
- Insert a USB flash drive or TF card (with MP3 files) into the respective port/slot.
- The speaker will automatically switch to USB/TF mode and begin playing music. If not, press the MODE button to cycle through input modes until you reach USB/TF.
- Use the Play/Pause and Previous/Next track buttons to control playback.
Microphone Usage
- Connect the wired microphone to the MIC IN jack.
- Adjust the microphone volume using the MIC. VOL knob.
- Use the ECHO knob to add or remove echo effect to your voice.
Aux-in Usage
- Connect an external audio device (e.g., MP3 player, laptop) to the LINE IN (3.5mm) port using an audio cable (not included).
- The speaker will automatically switch to AUX mode. If not, press the MODE button to cycle through input modes.
- Control playback and volume from your connected device.
Disco Ball and LED Lights
- Slide the LED switch to "ON" to activate the RGB disco ball and the woofer's LED lights.
- Slide the LED switch to "OFF" to turn off the lights.
Charging the Battery
The iDance Groove 216 features a built-in rechargeable lithium battery. When the battery is low, the speaker may indicate this with an audible prompt or reduced performance.
- Connect the provided power adapter to the DC12V IN port on the back of the speaker.
- Plug the adapter into a standard wall outlet.
- The CHAR/FULL LED indicator will light up red during charging.
- Once fully charged, the LED indicator will turn green.
- A full charge typically takes 4-6 hours and provides 2-4 hours of playtime, depending on usage volume and LED light activation.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the exterior of the speaker. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Storage: When not in use for extended periods, store the speaker in a cool, dry place. It is recommended to charge the battery every 3-6 months to maintain its lifespan.
- Water Resistance: This product is NOT waterproof. Avoid exposure to water or excessive moisture.
