Controls and Display Elements:
- Display: Shows time, date, day of the week, indoor temperature, and alarm status.
- Projection Lens: Projects time or time/temperature onto a surface.
- TEMP/FLIP Button: Toggles temperature display or flips projection.
- MODE Button: Cycles through display modes and enters setting modes.
- UP/DOWN Buttons: Adjust values during settings, activate/deactivate alarms.
- WAVE Button: Initiates manual radio signal search.
- SNOOZE/LIGHT Button: Activates snooze, adjusts backlight brightness.
- USB Charging Port: For charging external mobile devices (Output: 5V DC, 500mA).

- CONTINUE PROJECTION Switch: Enables continuous projection (only with power adapter).
Setup
1. Powering the Device
- Insert 2 x 1.5V AAA batteries (not included) into the battery compartment. These serve as backup power.
- Connect the provided power adapter to the DC 5V input on the side of the clock and plug it into a power outlet. The display will light up.
2. Initial Radio-Controlled Time Synchronization
Upon initial power-up, the clock will automatically attempt to synchronize with the DCF radio signal. This process can take several minutes. During synchronization, a radio tower icon will flash on the display. Once successful, the icon will become solid, and the correct time will be displayed.
- Place the clock near a window for better reception.
- If synchronization fails, the clock will operate as a standard quartz clock. You can manually set the time (see 'Setting Time and Date').
- To manually initiate a radio signal search, press and hold the WAVE button.
Operating Instructions
Setting Time and Date
- In normal time display mode, press and hold the MODE button for 3 seconds to enter time setting mode. The hour digits will flash.
- Use the UP or DOWN buttons to adjust the hour.
- Press MODE again to confirm the hour and move to minute setting. Adjust with UP/DOWN.
- Continue pressing MODE to cycle through and set year, month, day, and 12/24-hour format.
- Press MODE one last time or wait 15 seconds for the settings to be saved and exit setting mode.
Setting Alarms (AL1 and AL2)
This clock features two independent alarms.
- In normal time display mode, press the MODE button repeatedly until 'AL1' or 'AL2' is displayed.
- Press and hold the MODE button for 3 seconds. The alarm hour digits will flash.
- Use the UP or DOWN buttons to set the desired alarm hour.
- Press MODE to confirm and move to minute setting. Adjust with UP/DOWN.
- Press MODE again to save and exit.
- To activate an alarm, press the UP button when 'AL1' or 'AL2' is displayed. A bell icon will appear next to the alarm number. Press DOWN to deactivate.
Snooze Function
- When an alarm sounds, press the SNOOZE/LIGHT button to activate the snooze function. The alarm will pause for approximately 5 minutes and then sound again.
- To stop the alarm completely, press any other button (e.g., MODE, UP, DOWN).
Projection Function
- To activate the projection, press the SNOOZE/LIGHT button. The projection will turn on for a few seconds.
- For continuous projection, slide the 'CONTINUE PROJECTION' switch on the side of the clock to the 'ON' position. This function works only when the clock is powered by the adapter.
- To rotate the projected image, adjust the projection lens on the side of the clock.
- To switch between projecting time only or time and temperature, press the TEMP/FLIP button.
Temperature Display
- The clock displays indoor temperature.
- To switch between Celsius (°C) and Fahrenheit (°F), press and hold the TEMP/FLIP button.
USB Charging Port
- Connect your mobile device's USB charging cable to the USB charging port on the side of the clock.
- The port provides 5V DC, 500mA output for charging smartphones or tablets.
Backlight
- Press the SNOOZE/LIGHT button to temporarily illuminate the display.
- When powered by the adapter, the backlight can be set to a continuous low brightness.
Maintenance
- Clean the device with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- If the display becomes dim or the radio control signal is lost frequently, replace the backup batteries.
Troubleshooting
