Setup

Charging the Devices

Before initial use, fully charge both the remote transmitter and the receiver collar. Connect the USB charging cord to each device and a compatible USB power source. Charging typically takes approximately 2 hours and provides up to 40 hours of battery life.

Fitting the Collar

Proper collar fit is crucial for effective and safe operation. The collar should be placed on the narrowest part of your dog's neck, high up, just behind the ears. This ensures consistent contact with the skin and prevents the collar from slipping down.

Position the receiver module centrally on the underside of your dog's neck.
Adjust the strap so that it is snug, but not overly tight. You should be able to fit one finger comfortably between the contact points and your dog's skin.
Ensure the contact points make direct contact with your dog's skin. If your dog has a thick coat, you may need to part the fur or use the longer contact points provided to ensure proper contact.
The collar strap is designed to be trimmed to fit your dog's neck. However, if your dog is still growing, consider waiting to trim the strap until they reach their full size.

Tone: An audible sound used as a warning or positive reinforcement.
Vibration: A gentle vibration, useful for sensitive dogs or as an initial warning.
Static Stimulation: 15 adjustable levels of static correction. Always start at the lowest level and gradually increase until your dog responds. A safety lock feature is included for higher levels.

Remote Operation
