Assembly Instructions

1. Attach Outer Crossbars: Attach one set of left and right outer crossbars to each leg using the provided hardware.
2. Attach Side Brackets: Secure the side brackets to the legs.
3. Attach Feet: Fasten the feet onto the bottoms of the legs.
4. Slide Inner Crossbars: Slide the inner crossbars into the left and right outer crossbars, ensuring the slots on the inner crossbars are facing inwards. Secure with screws.
5. Install Anti-Vibration Pads: Place the anti-vibration pads on the top of the frame where the desktop will rest.
6. Secure Frame to Desktop: Flip your desktop onto a flat surface with the underside facing up. Carefully place the assembled frame over the desktop and secure the frame using screws.
7. Connect Cables: Attach the extension cable to the motor cable on the leg furthest from the control panel. Connect the cable from the closer leg, the extension cable, and the AC power block into the control panel. Use cable clips to manage cables neatly.
8. Secure AC Block & Power: Secure the AC power block to the desktop using screws and plug in the power cable to a wall outlet.

The VIVO DESK-V103E features an easy-to-use digital memory controller for seamless height adjustments and smart functions.

Height Adjustment

• Use the Up (▲) and Down (▼) arrow keys to manually adjust the desk height.
• The current height will be displayed on the digital screen.

Memory Presets

Save up to 3 preferred height settings for quick transitions:

1. Adjust the desk to your desired height using the Up/Down arrows.
2. Press the 'M' button. The display will show 'S-'.
3. Press the number button (1, 2, or 3) where you want to save the height. The display will show 'S-1', 'S-2', or 'S-3' and then 'SAVED' to confirm.
4. To recall a saved height, simply press the corresponding number button (1, 2, or 3).

Power Save Mode

The controller features a power-saving mode that activates when the desk is idle for over 10 minutes. The display will turn off.

• To deactivate power save mode, simply touch any button on the controller. The display will show the current height.

Timer Mode

Set a timer to remind you to change positions:

• Repeatedly press the 'T' button to select half-hour increments up to 2 hours (0.5h, 1.0h, 1.5h, 2.0h).
• The timer is set when the display stops flashing and the top right light comes on.
• A beep will sound when the timer turns off, reminding you to move position.
• To deactivate the timer, press 'T' until the height is displayed and the light turns off.
