Setup and Installation
1. Delivery Inspection
Upon delivery, it is crucial to inspect the unit for any potential carrier damage. Cut the white box straps and lift the box to thoroughly examine the appliance. If any damage is found, refuse the unit and do not sign the delivery paperwork. If no damage is present, sign off accepting the unit. Please note that commercial appliances are typically non-returnable once accepted, making this inspection vital.
2. Placement
- This appliance is rated for indoor usage only. Do not install outdoors.
- Ensure the unit is placed on a level, sturdy surface capable of supporting its weight (Net Weight: 331 lbs).
- Allow adequate clearance around the unit for proper ventilation, especially around the condenser coil located on the side.
- The carrier is responsible for curbside delivery only and cannot assist with moving the unit inside or installation. Arrange for additional personnel if needed for placement.
3. Electrical Connection
The unit is factory-wired and ready for connection to a 115V/60Hz/1 phase, 15 amp dedicated outlet. Ensure the electrical supply meets these requirements. The electrical cord length is 96 inches, and the plug type is NEMA 5-15P.
4. Initial Cleaning
Before first use, clean the interior and exterior surfaces with a mild detergent and warm water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Ensure all components, including shelves and drip trays, are clean.
5. Leveling
Use a level to ensure the unit is perfectly level. Adjust the leveling feet as necessary to prevent door misalignment and ensure proper drainage.
6. Drip Tray and Drain
The unit features a built-in drip tray with a front-facing drain. Connect a 1/2" diameter barb to the drain for easy clean-up and proper disposal of spilled liquids.

Operating Instructions
1. Power On
Once the unit is properly installed and connected to power, turn on the main power switch. The electronic control system will display the current internal temperature.
2. Temperature Setting
The unit is preprogrammed to maintain temperatures between 33°F and 38°F (0.5°C to 3.3°C). Adjust the temperature using the digital controls as needed. Allow several hours for the unit to reach the desired temperature before loading kegs.
3. Loading Kegs
- Open the self-closing doors. The doors are designed to stay open past 90 degrees for easy loading and self-close below 90 degrees to save energy.
- Carefully place the kegs inside the cabinet, ensuring they fit within the designated areas. The unit can hold various combinations of 1/2, 1/4, and 1/6 barrel kegs.
- Connect the included keg couplers to the kegs.
- Ensure all connections are secure to prevent leaks.

4. Dispensing Beer
- The unit features two double tap towers with a 10.25-inch faucet height, suitable for various glass sizes.
- Ensure the CO2 tank (not included) is connected and properly regulated according to beer type specifications.
- Pull the tap handles to dispense beer.

5. Door Locks
The doors are equipped with locks for securing the contents. Use the provided keys to lock and unlock the doors as needed.

Maintenance
1. Regular Cleaning
- Interior: Clean the stainless steel interior regularly with a mild, non-abrasive cleaner and warm water. Wipe spills immediately to prevent staining.
- Exterior: Wipe the black vinyl-on-steel exterior with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners that could damage the finish.
- Drip Tray: Empty and clean the drip tray frequently to maintain hygiene and prevent odors.
- Tap Towers and Lines: Follow industry best practices for cleaning beer lines and tap towers to ensure beer quality and prevent bacterial growth.
2. Condenser Coil Cleaning

3. Auto Defrost
