Setup

Battery Installation

  1. Ensure the lantern is turned off.
  2. Twist the bottom cap counter-clockwise to remove it.
  3. Insert three (3) D-size batteries into the battery compartment, ensuring correct polarity (+/-) as indicated inside the compartment.
  4. Align the protruding pole on the bottom cap with the corresponding hole in the battery compartment.
  5. While pushing the cap down, slowly and firmly turn the bottom cap clockwise until it is securely connected to the lantern.

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off and Lighting Modes

The lantern features a single power button to cycle through its lighting modes:

  1. First Press: Turns on the lantern in High brightness mode (1300 lumens).
  2. Second Press: Switches to Low brightness mode.
  3. Third Press: Activates the Flashing Strobe mode.
  4. Fourth Press: Turns the lantern Off.

Hanging and Placement

The lantern is equipped with a sturdy metal handle for easy carrying and hanging. The handle can be adjusted to allow the lantern to be hung from a branch, tent hook, or other suitable fixture. Its stable base also allows for tabletop placement.
