1. Safety Information
CAUTION: Do not aim at eyes or face.
TO AVOID INJURY: Use only with official NERF darts. Other darts may not meet safety standards. Do not modify darts or dart blaster.
Recommended age: 8 years and up.
2. What's in the Box
- 1 x Nerf SurgeFire Elite Blaster
- 15 x Official Nerf Elite Darts

3. Setup
3.1. Blaster Assembly
The Nerf SurgeFire Elite Blaster requires minimal assembly. The rotating drum component needs to be securely attached to the main blaster body. No tools are required for this process.
3.2. Loading Darts
- Ensure the blaster is not primed.
- Insert one Official Nerf Elite Dart into each of the 15 chambers of the rotating drum. The drum can be manually rotated to access all chambers.
- Ensure darts are fully seated in the chambers.

4. Operating the Blaster
4.1. Single-Shot Firing
- Load the blaster with 15 Official Nerf Elite Darts as described in Section 3.2.
- Grip the blaster firmly with one hand on the handle and the other on the pump-action grip located at the front.
- To prime the blaster, pull the pump-action grip all the way back, then push it all the way forward until it clicks into place.
- Aim at your target (avoiding eyes and face).
- Pull the trigger to fire one dart.
- Repeat steps 3-5 to fire subsequent darts.
4.2. Slam-Fire Action
The SurgeFire blaster features a slam-fire mechanism for rapid dart deployment.
- Load the blaster with 15 Official Nerf Elite Darts.
- Hold down the trigger.
- Rapidly move the pump-action grip back and forth. This will continuously fire darts as long as the trigger is held and the blaster is pumped.

5. Maintenance
The Nerf SurgeFire Elite Blaster is designed for durability and requires no specific maintenance beyond general care.
- Cleaning: Wipe the blaster with a damp cloth to remove dust or dirt. Do not submerge in water.
- Dart Care: Keep darts clean and free from debris to ensure optimal performance and prevent jamming. Avoid bending or damaging darts.
- Storage: Store the blaster and darts in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
6. Troubleshooting
6.1. Darts Not Firing or Jamming
- Check Dart Condition: Ensure all darts are Official Nerf Elite Darts and are not bent, torn, or damaged. Damaged darts can cause jams.
- Proper Loading: Verify that darts are fully inserted into the drum chambers.
- Full Prime: Make sure the pump-action grip is pulled all the way back and pushed all the way forward until it clicks. An incomplete prime will prevent firing.
- Slam-Fire Skipping: If using slam-fire, ensure a consistent and firm pumping motion. Rapid but weak pumping may cause the rotating mechanism to skip chambers.
6.2. Difficulty Rotating Drum Manually
- Ensure no darts are obstructing the rotation.
- Apply firm, steady pressure to rotate the drum. It is designed to click into place for each chamber.
