The JAM HX-EP900BK Ultra Earbuds offer a truly wireless audio experience. Each earbud is designed for comfort and features a control button for various functions. The included charging case not only protects your earbuds but also recharges them on the go and can serve as a backup power bank for other devices.

Setup
1. Charging the Case and Earbuds
Before first use, fully charge both the charging case and the earbuds.
- Connect the provided USB charging cable to the charging case and a power source (e.g., USB wall adapter, computer USB port).
- The LED indicator on the case will show charging status.
- Place the earbuds into their respective slots in the charging case. Ensure they are seated correctly for charging to begin.
- While charging, the LED indicator on the earbuds will be solid red.
- A full charge provides up to 3 hours of playtime for the earbuds, and the case can provide up to 10 full earbud charges.

2. Pairing with a Bluetooth Device
The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode when removed from the charging case.
- Remove both earbuds from the charging case. They will automatically power on and attempt to pair with each other.
- On your Bluetooth-enabled device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), navigate to the Bluetooth settings.
- Ensure Bluetooth is enabled.
- Look for "JAM Ultra" or "HX-EP900BK" in the list of available devices and select it to connect.
- Once successfully paired, you will hear an audible confirmation, and the earbud indicator lights will change.
- If pairing fails, place the earbuds back in the case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, and then repeat the steps.
Operating Instructions
Power On/Off
- Power On: Remove earbuds from the charging case. They will power on automatically.
- Power Off: Place earbuds back into the charging case. They will power off automatically and begin charging.
Music Playback
- Play/Pause: Press the button on either earbud once.
- Note: The product description indicates that only pause functionality is available via a single tap. Advanced controls like next/previous track or volume adjustment are not supported directly from the earbuds.
Call Management
- Answer/End Call: Press the button on either earbud once during an incoming call.
- Decline Call: Press and hold the button on either earbud for approximately 2 seconds during an incoming call.
- Note: During calls, only one earbud may function for audio output.

Maintenance
Cleaning
- Gently wipe the earbuds and charging case with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth.
