4. Setup

4.1 Unpacking

  1. Carefully remove the mixer and all accessories from the packaging.

4.2 Placement

  • Place the mixer on a stable, level, and dry surface capable of supporting its weight.

4.3 Attaching the Mixing Bowl

  1. Ensure the bowl lift lever is in the lowered position.
  2. Align the mixing bowl with the bowl supports and rotate it clockwise until it locks securely into place.
  3. Use the bowl lift lever to raise the bowl into the operating position. The safety switch will engage.

4.4 Attaching Accessories

  1. With the mixer unplugged and the bowl in the lowered position, select the appropriate attachment (dough hook, flat beater, or wire whip).
  2. Slide the attachment onto the mixer shaft, aligning the pin on the shaft with the groove on the attachment.
  3. Rotate the attachment upwards until it clicks into place.
  4. Raise the bowl using the bowl lift lever.

5. Operation

5.1 Before First Use

Clean the mixing bowl and all attachments thoroughly with warm, soapy water before their first use. Rinse and dry completely.

5.2 Mixing Process

  1. Ensure the mixer is properly set up with the bowl and desired attachment.
  2. Add ingredients to the mixing bowl.
  3. Plug the mixer into a suitable power outlet.
  4. Select the desired speed using the speed selector. The available speeds are 110 rpm, 178 rpm, and 390 rpm.
  5. Press the green START button to begin mixing.
  6. Monitor the mixing process. If necessary, stop the mixer by pressing the red STOP button to scrape down the sides of the bowl or add more ingredients.
  7. Once mixing is complete, press the red STOP button.
  8. Unplug the mixer from the power outlet.
  9. Lower the mixing bowl using the bowl lift lever and carefully remove the attachment and bowl.

5.3 Recommended Usage

  • Dough Hook: Ideal for heavy mixtures such as bread dough and pizza dough. Maximum capacity: 5 kg pizza dough, 3.5 kg bread dough. Minimum recommended bread dough: 1 kg.
  • Flat Beater: Suitable for medium-heavy mixtures like cake batters, cookie dough, and mashed potatoes.
  • Wire Whip: Best for light mixtures such as whipping cream, egg whites, and light batters.
