4.2 Button Functions

  • POWER (Green Button): Turns the air conditioner ON or OFF.
  • MODE: Cycles through operating modes (e.g., Cool, Heat, Fan, Dry, Auto).
  • TEMP ▲/▼ (Orange Button): Adjusts the temperature up or down.
  • FAN: Adjusts the fan speed.
  • SWING: Controls the air swing function (if available on your AC).
  • TIME ON: Sets the timer for the AC to turn ON.
  • TIME OFF: Sets the timer for the AC to turn OFF.

5. Setup

5.1 Battery Installation

The Meliconi AC 100 can be programmed using two methods: Manual Code Entry or Automatic Search.

Method 1: Manual Code Entry
  1. Turn on your air conditioner manually.
  2. Press and hold the SET button on the remote control until the code on the display starts flashing.
  3. Enter the 4-digit code for your air conditioner brand (refer to the code list provided in the separate code booklet, if applicable, or search online for Meliconi AC 100 codes).
  4. Once the code is entered, press the POWER button to confirm.
  5. Test the remote control. If the AC responds correctly, the programming is complete. If not, try another code for your brand or use the automatic search method.
Method 2: Automatic Search
  1. Ensure your air conditioner is turned on manually.
  2. Point the remote control towards the air conditioner.
  3. Press and hold the SET button for approximately 5 seconds until the code on the display starts flashing and the remote begins sending codes.
  4. The remote will cycle through codes. When your air conditioner responds (e.g., turns off or on, or makes a sound), immediately release the SET button.
  5. Test all functions of the remote control. If all functions work, the programming is complete. If some functions do not work, repeat the automatic search process, releasing the button at the next response from the AC.

6.1 Basic Functions
