- Placement: Place the mixer on a sturdy, level, and non-slip surface capable of supporting its weight (approximately 78 kg). Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit.

- Power Connection: Connect the mixer to a grounded 230V/50Hz/1-phase power outlet. Ensure the power supply matches the appliance's requirements.
- Initial Cleaning: Before first use, clean all parts that will come into contact with food, including the mixing bowl, dough hook, flat beater, and wire whip, with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.

Operating Instructions
Attaching the Bowl and Accessories:
- Lower the mixing bowl using the bowl lift lever.
- Place the 30L stainless steel bowl onto the bowl supports and secure it by rotating until it locks into place.
- Attach the desired accessory (dough hook, flat beater, or wire whip) by pushing it upwards onto the planetary shaft and rotating until it clicks into position.
- Raise the mixing bowl using the bowl lift lever until it is fully engaged.
- Ensure the protective grid is closed and securely latched.

Mixing Process:
- Add ingredients to the mixing bowl. Do not exceed the maximum capacities:
- Pizza dough: Max 15 kg dough (7.50 kg flour)
- Bread dough: Max 12 kg dough (6.00 kg wholemeal flour)
- Select the desired speed using the speed selector switch. The available speeds are 110 RPM (low), 200 RPM (medium), and 420 RPM (high).
- Press the START button to begin mixing.
- To stop the mixer, press the STOP button.

Important: The mixer is equipped with safety switches. It will not operate if the bowl is not fully raised and locked, or if the protective grid is open.
Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your Maxima Planetary Mixer.
Daily Cleaning:
- Always unplug the mixer from the power outlet before cleaning.
