Setup

Initial Setup

Your watch comes with a pre-installed Lithium Metal battery. No initial charging is required. The watch is ready for use after setting the time and date.

Setting Time and Date

To set the time and date on your Timex Ironman Essential 30 watch:

Press the MODE button repeatedly until the time setting mode is displayed. The digits to be set will typically flash.
