Setup
- Unpack the Mattress: Remove the air mattress from its travel bag and unroll it on a clean, flat surface, ensuring there are no sharp objects underneath.
- Locate the Built-in Pump: The electric pump is integrated into the side of the mattress. Open the cord storage compartment and plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet.
- Inflate the Mattress: Turn the pump dial to the "Inflate" position. The mattress will begin to inflate. It typically reaches full firmness in less than 3 minutes. Monitor the inflation process and turn the dial to "Off" once the desired firmness is achieved.
- Initial Stretching: New PVC material may stretch during the first few uses, causing the mattress to feel softer. This is normal. Simply add more air to restore firmness as needed.

- Comfort and Support: The mattress features 21 structured air-coils and a raised height of 18 inches to provide head-to-toe support. The built-in 3-inch raised pillow offers additional neck support.
- Adjusting Firmness: If the mattress feels too soft, you can add more air by briefly turning the pump dial to "Inflate." If it's too firm, briefly turn the dial towards "Deflate" to release a small amount of air.
- Weight Capacity: The mattress is designed to support up to 265 pounds. Do not exceed this weight limit.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: The flocked top can be cleaned by hand washing with a mild soap and damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Ensure the mattress is completely dry before storing.
- Deflation and Storage: To deflate, turn the pump dial to the "Deflate" position. The pump will automatically remove air from the mattress. Once fully deflated, fold the mattress neatly and place it back into the provided travel bag for compact storage.

Troubleshooting
- Mattress feels soft after initial inflation: This is often due to the natural stretching of the PVC material. Add more air to reach desired firmness. This is common during the first few uses.
- Mattress loses air overnight: Temperature changes can cause air inside the mattress to contract, making it feel softer. Simply add more air to compensate. Check for punctures if air loss is significant and persistent.
- Locating a leak: If you suspect a puncture, inflate the mattress fully and listen for hissing sounds. You can also apply soapy water to the surface; bubbles will form at the leak site. Use the provided repair patches to seal small punctures.
