2. Safety Information

WARNING:

• Read all instructions carefully before assembly and use. Failure to do so may result in serious personal injury or property damage.

• Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity of 110 lbs for the TV mount and 10 lbs for the metal shelf.

4. Assembly Instructions

Follow these steps carefully to assemble your Rfiver TV Stand. It is recommended to lay out all parts on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches.

4.1 Pre-Assembly Check

• TV Compatibility: Ensure your TV's VESA bolt pattern is between 100(h)mm x 100(w)mm and 600(h)mm x 400(w)mm. The stand supports TVs from 40 to 77 inches.
• Weight Capacity: Confirm your TV weighs no more than 110 lbs.

4.2 Base and Main Column Assembly

1. Attach the main support column to the sturdy wood base using the provided screws and tools. Ensure the connection is tight and stable.
2. The wood base is designed to be thicker and heavier for enhanced stability.

4.3 TV Bracket Installation

1. Secure the TV mounting bracket to the back of your television using the appropriate VESA screws, washers, and spacers from the hardware kit.
2. Carefully lift the television and hook the mounted bracket onto the main support column. Ensure the safety lock mechanism engages to prevent accidental dislodgement.
3. The TV bracket offers 3 levels of height adjustment, and the metal pole support provides 8 levels, totaling 24 possible height settings from 50 to 56 inches.

4.4 Shelf Installation and Adjustment

1. Attach the metal shelf to the main support column at your desired height. The shelf is designed to hold A/V components, cable boxes, DVD players, or gaming systems, with a maximum capacity of 10 lbs.
2. The shelf is flexible and can be adjusted up or down along the main column to accommodate various component sizes.

4.5 Cable Management

Utilize the integrated wire storage at the back of the bracket and column to hide and organize cables. This helps maintain a clean and organized appearance for your entertainment area.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Swivel Function

The TV mounting bracket allows for a swivel of ±30° degrees to the left or right. Gently push the side of the television to adjust the viewing angle as needed. This feature provides optimal viewing from various positions in your room.

5.2 Height Adjustment

To adjust the TV height after initial assembly, you will need to carefully unhook the TV from the main column, adjust the bracket or pole support to the desired level, and then re-secure the TV. Refer to section 4.3 for details on the 24 available height settings.

6. Maintenance

• Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the stand. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents that may damage the finish.
• Inspection: Periodically inspect all bolts and connections to ensure they are secure. Tighten any loose fasteners.
• Environment: Ensure the stand is not exposed to extreme temperatures or humidity, which can affect the wood and metal components.

7. Troubleshooting

• Stand feels unstable:
  • Ensure all screws and bolts are tightened securely.
  • Verify the TV weight does not exceed the stand's capacity.
  • Place the stand on a flat, level surface.
• TV not fitting the bracket:
  • Double-check your TV's VESA pattern against the stand's compatibility (100x100mm to 600x400mm).
  • Ensure you are using the correct screws and spacers for your TV model.
• Cables are messy:
  • Utilize the integrated cable management system by routing wires through the designated channels in the main column.
  • Use additional cable ties if necessary to bundle excess wires.
