Setup

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the oven and all accessories from the packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
  2. Placement: Place the oven on a flat, stable, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is sufficient space (at least 10 cm) around all sides for proper ventilation. Do not place near flammable materials.
  3. Initial Cleaning: Wipe down the interior and exterior with a damp cloth. Wash the baking tray and grid with warm soapy water, rinse, and dry thoroughly.
  4. First Use (Burn-off): Before cooking food, operate the oven empty for approximately 15 minutes at maximum temperature (230°C) with the timer set. This will burn off any manufacturing residues and odors. It is normal for some smoke or odor to be present during this initial process. Ensure the area is well-ventilated.

Operating Instructions

Follow these steps for safe and effective operation of your BEPER 90.882 Electric Oven:

  1. Prepare Food: Place your food on the aluminum baking tray or stainless steel grid.
  2. Insert Tray/Grid: Slide the tray or grid into the desired rack position inside the oven.
  3. Close Door: Ensure the oven door is securely closed.
  4. Set Temperature: Turn the temperature control knob to your desired cooking temperature, up to 230°C.
  5. Set Timer: Turn the timer knob to the desired cooking time, up to 30 minutes. The oven will begin heating immediately, and the indicator light will illuminate. For continuous operation, turn the timer past the 30-minute mark to the "Stay On" position (if available, otherwise set to max time and monitor).
  6. Monitor Cooking: The indicator light will remain on during operation. You can observe the cooking progress through the glass door.
  7. Completion: When the set time elapses, the oven will automatically turn off and an audible bell will sound. If using the "Stay On" function, manually turn the timer knob to "Off" when cooking is complete.
  8. Remove Food: Carefully open the oven door and use oven mitts to remove the hot tray or grid with your cooked food.
  9. Cool Down: Allow the oven to cool down completely before cleaning or storing.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your oven.

  1. Unplug and Cool: Always unplug the oven from the power outlet and allow it to cool down completely before cleaning.
  2. Remove Accessories: Remove the aluminum baking tray and stainless steel grid.
  3. Clean Accessories: Wash the tray and grid with warm, soapy water. For stubborn food residues, soak them before cleaning. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
  4. Clean Interior: Wipe the interior surfaces of the oven with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not use abrasive cleaners or metal scouring pads, as they can damage the non-stick coating or surfaces.
  5. Clean Exterior: Wipe the exterior of the oven with a soft, damp cloth. Dry thoroughly.
