4. Setup
4.1 Unpacking and Initial Inspection
- Carefully remove the generator from its packaging. Inspect the unit for any signs of shipping damage. Report any damage to your retailer immediately.
- Ensure all components listed in the packing list are present.
4.2 Hand Cart Assembly
The hand cart components require assembly. For proper installation:
- The top piece of the stand should be installed with its flared end facing downwards, allowing the main stand to slide into it.
- The bottom piece, which includes the spring arm, should be oriented with the spring end at the bottom and the flat end towards the top.
- Once assembled, the unit should slide smoothly along the stand, with the stand's metal tabs engaging the pieces mounted on the back of the generator.
4.3 Initial Charging
Before first use, it is crucial to fully charge the PowerPak. This process typically takes approximately 3 days.
- Connect the generator to a standard 120V AC wall outlet using the provided AC input cable.
- The digital display will indicate the charging status. Ensure the unit is fully charged before disconnecting.

- Plug your 120V AC appliances into any of the six available AC outlets (three on the front panel, three on the rear panel).
- The generator provides up to 1800 Watts of continuous AC power.

5.3 Using DC Outlets
- Connect your 12V DC devices to the 12V cigarette lighter outlet on the front panel.
