2. Product Overview
The OBO HANDS T11+10 is a standalone RFID access control keypad that supports up to 1000 users. It offers multiple access modes and is designed for ease of programming and operation without requiring a computer connection.

4. Setup and Installation
4.1 Mounting the Keypad
- Choose a suitable location for the keypad, typically near the door to be controlled.
- Ensure the mounting surface is flat and stable.
- Use appropriate screws and anchors to securely mount the keypad to the wall.

4.2 Wiring Diagram
The keypad requires connection to a 12V DC power supply and an electric lock. Refer to the wiring diagram below for correct connections. Incorrect wiring can damage the device or connected components.

- DC12V: Connect to the positive (+) terminal of a 12V DC power supply.
- GND: Connect to the negative (-) terminal of the 12V DC power supply and common ground for other devices.
- NC (Normally Closed): Connect to the NC terminal of the electric lock.
- NO (Normally Open): Connect to the NO terminal of the electric lock.
- COM (Common): Connect to the common terminal of the electric lock.
- PUSH: Connect to the exit button.
- BELL: Connect to an external doorbell.
4.3 Initial Power-Up
After completing all wiring, connect the power supply. The keypad should power on, and the indicator light will illuminate. The device is now ready for programming.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Default Master Code
The default master code is typically 123456. It is highly recommended to change this code immediately after installation for security purposes.
5.2 Programming Mode
To enter programming mode, press * then enter the Master Code (default: 123456) then press #. The indicator light will change, indicating you are in programming mode.
5.3 Changing the Master Code
- Enter Programming Mode.
- Press 0.
- Enter your new 4-6 digit Master Code.
- Press # to confirm.
- Press * to exit Programming Mode.
5.4 Adding User Cards/PINs
The system supports three access modes: Card, PIN, or Card + PIN.

5.4.1 Adding a Card (Card Only Access)
- Enter Programming Mode.
- Press 1.
- Present the RFID card to the card reading area. The keypad will beep to confirm.
- To add more cards, present them one by one.
- Press * to exit Programming Mode.
5.4.2 Adding a PIN (PIN Only Access)
- Enter Programming Mode.
- Press 2.
- Enter a 4-6 digit PIN.
- Press # to confirm.
- To add more PINs, repeat steps 3-4.
- Press * to exit Programming Mode.
5.4.3 Adding a Card + PIN (Combined Access)
- Enter Programming Mode.
- Press 3.
- Present the RFID card to the card reading area.
- Enter a 4-6 digit PIN.
- Press # to confirm.
- To add more Card + PIN combinations, repeat steps 3-5.
- Press * to exit Programming Mode.
5.5 Deleting User Cards/PINs
5.5.1 Deleting a Single Card/PIN
- Enter Programming Mode.
- Press 4.
- Present the RFID card to be deleted OR enter the PIN to be deleted.
- The keypad will beep to confirm deletion.
- Press * to exit Programming Mode.
5.5.2 Deleting All Users
Caution: This action will delete all registered cards and PINs. The Master Code will remain unchanged.
- Enter Programming Mode.
- Press 5.
- Confirm deletion by pressing #.
- Press * to exit Programming Mode.
5.6 Opening the Door
- Card Only: Present a registered RFID card to the card reading area.
- PIN Only: Enter your registered PIN, then press #.
- Card + PIN: Present a registered RFID card, then enter your registered PIN, then press #.
The door will unlock for a short period (default 5 seconds) after successful authentication.
6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the keypad surface with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Connection Check: Periodically inspect all wiring connections to ensure they are secure and free from corrosion.
- Environmental Conditions: Ensure the keypad is not exposed to extreme temperatures, direct sunlight for prolonged periods, or excessive moisture, which can affect its performance and lifespan.
7. Troubleshooting
