2. Safety Instructions

• Do not stand on the toilet seat or lid.
• Avoid using abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the surface and hinges.
• Ensure all fastening components are securely tightened after installation to prevent movement.
• Keep fingers clear of the hinge area during closing, although the soft-close mechanism reduces risk.

4. Setup and Installation

The Fix-Clip fastening system allows for quick and secure installation on most standard toilets. The fastening distance is adjustable from 7.5 cm to 18 cm.

1. Prepare the Toilet Bowl: Ensure the toilet bowl's mounting holes are clean and free of debris.
2. Insert Fix-Clip Fasteners: Place the Fix-Clip fasteners into the mounting holes of the toilet bowl. Ensure the rubber inserts are positioned correctly to prevent the seat from slipping.
3. Adjust Fastening Distance: The Fix-Clip system is adjustable. Position the fasteners to match the distance between the mounting holes on your toilet bowl.
4. Attach Toilet Seat: Align the toilet seat's hinges with the Fix-Clip fasteners and press down firmly until it clicks into place.
5. Secure Fasteners: Tighten the fasteners from underneath the toilet bowl to secure the seat firmly. Do not overtighten.

5. Operation

6. Maintenance and Cleaning

• Regular Cleaning: Clean the seat and lid regularly with a soft cloth and a mild, non-abrasive cleaning agent.
• Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Do not use chlorine-based cleaners, scouring agents, or abrasive sponges, as these can damage the thermoplastic surface and stainless steel hinges.
• Easy Removal for Deep Cleaning: The Fix-Clip system allows for quick removal of the entire seat for thorough cleaning of both the seat and the toilet bowl. Simply press the release buttons on the hinges and lift the seat off. Reattach by aligning and pressing down until it clicks.
• Hinge Care: Ensure the hinges remain dry after cleaning to prevent water spots or corrosion.

7. Troubleshooting

• Seat is Loose or Wobbly:
  Solution: The Fix-Clip fasteners may not be sufficiently tightened. Remove the seat, re-tighten the fasteners from underneath the toilet bowl, and ensure the rubber inserts are correctly positioned. Reattach the seat.
• Soft-Close Function Not Working Properly:
