2. Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove the lock box and all components from its packaging. Inspect for any damage.
- Key Storage: Two unique keys are provided. Store one key in a secure, accessible location and the other in a separate, safe place. Note: Spare keys are not provided.
- Insert Removable Tray: Place the plastic tray into the upper section of the lock box. This tray is designed for organizing smaller items and can be easily removed for access to the main compartment.

3. Operating Instructions
3.1 Locking and Unlocking
- To Lock: Close the lid of the box. Insert one of the provided keys into the keyhole on the front of the box. Turn the key clockwise until the lock mechanism engages. Remove the key.
- To Unlock: Insert the key into the keyhole. Turn the key counter-clockwise until the lock mechanism disengages. The lid can now be opened.

3.2 Using the Shoulder Strap
The Glosen Medicine Lock Box (Medium 12-inch model) includes a detachable shoulder strap for convenient portability.
- Attaching the Strap: Locate the shoulder strap buckles on each side of the lock box. Attach the clips of the shoulder strap to these buckles.
- Carrying: Adjust the strap length for comfortable shoulder carrying. Ensure the box is securely closed and locked before transport.

4. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the finish.
- Lock Care: Keep the keyhole free from dust and debris. Do not force the key if it feels stiff; a small amount of graphite lubricant can be applied if necessary.

- Lost Keys: As the keys are unique and no spares are provided, it is crucial to keep them safe. If both keys are lost, the lock box cannot be opened without damaging the lock mechanism.
