Setup and Initial Charging
Before first use, it is recommended to fully deplete the Omni 20+ battery and then fully recharge it to 100%. This process helps to calibrate the battery for optimal performance and accurate readings.
Charging the Omni 20+
The Omni 20+ can be recharged using its included 65W GaN charger via the USB-C port or the DC barrel port. It can also be recharged using a 12V car power port or compatible solar panels (up to 45W).

Interface Overview
The Omni 20+ features an OLED screen that provides real-time metrics and allows for menu navigation. The power button is used to turn the unit on/off and to enter the menu. Rocker buttons control AC/DC/USB outputs.

Connecting Devices
The Omni 20+ offers various output options to power your devices:
- AC Outlet: Plug in standard AC devices like laptop chargers or camera battery chargers.

- Wireless Charging: Place your Qi-compatible smartphone on the top surface of the Omni 20+ for convenient wireless charging.

Maintenance

- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the exterior of the device. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Storage: Store the power bank in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Battery Care: For long-term storage, ensure the battery is charged to approximately 50-70%. Recharge every 3-6 months to prevent deep discharge.
- Avoid Drops: While durable, avoid dropping the device as internal components can be damaged.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your Omni 20+, consider the following common troubleshooting steps:
- Device Not Charging: Ensure the Omni 20+ is sufficiently charged. Check all cable connections for tightness and proper insertion. Verify that the correct output port (AC, USB, DC) is activated via the device's interface.
