Setup
1. Power Supply
The Casio HR-150RCE operates on batteries. An optional AC adapter can also be used (sold separately).
- Battery Installation: Open the battery compartment cover on the underside of the calculator. Insert one Lithium metal battery, ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Close the cover securely. The calculator features a memory protection battery and an automatic shut-off function to conserve power.

- Feed the leading edge of the paper through the printer slot until it emerges from the top.
- Close the printer cover.
3. Ink Roller/Ribbon Installation
For clear two-color printing, ensure the ink roller or ribbon is correctly installed.
- Open the printer cover.
- Carefully remove the old ink roller/ribbon if present.
- Insert the new ink roller/ribbon, ensuring it clicks into place and the ribbon is properly aligned with the print head.
- Close the printer cover.

- Print Mode: Use the 'PRT' slide switch to select print mode (e.g., print on, print off).
