Maintenance

  • General Cleaning:

Wipe the exterior of the ATM Savings Bank with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents.

Troubleshooting

  • Forgotten PIN:

If you forget your password, simply press the RESET button located at the back of the ATM box (often accessible via a small hole, requiring a pen tip or similar object) or remove and reinsert the batteries. The PIN will revert to the default "0000".

  • Bills Not Feeding Correctly:

Ensure bills are flat and unfolded before inserting them into the feeder. Avoid inserting multiple bills at once. If the issue persists, gently clean the bill feeder mechanism with a soft, dry cloth to remove any dust or debris.

  • Coins Not Recognized or Machine Shuts Off After Coin Deposit:

Ensure coins are inserted one at a time and are not bent or damaged. If the machine temporarily resets or requires PIN re-entry after a coin deposit, this may be part of its design for certain models to re-verify the account. If this behavior is unexpected and persistent, ensure batteries are fresh and properly installed.
