Important Safety Information

Please read and understand all safety warnings and instructions thoroughly before operating this generator. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, serious injury, or death. Keep this manual for future reference.

  • Carbon Monoxide Hazard: Generators produce carbon monoxide, a colorless, odorless, poisonous gas. Operate outdoors only, far away from windows, doors, and vents.
  • Electrical Shock Hazard: Do not operate in wet conditions. Ensure all connections are dry and secure. Never touch electrical components with wet hands.
  • Fire Hazard: Fuel is highly flammable. Refuel in a well-ventilated area with the engine off and cool. Do not smoke while refueling.
  • Hot Surfaces: The generator engine and muffler become very hot during operation and remain hot for some time after shutdown. Avoid contact.
  • Children and Pets: Keep children and pets away from the generator, especially during operation.
  • Ventilation: Ensure adequate ventilation around the generator during operation to prevent overheating.

  • AC 230V Total 12A Outlets (2x): Standard household power outlets.
  • Engine Switch: Controls engine operation (RUN, START, OFF).
  • Fuel Valve: Controls fuel flow to the engine (ON/OFF).
  • Choke Lever: Used for starting a cold engine.
  • Output Indicator: Illuminates when power is being generated.
  • Overload Alarm: Indicates an overload condition.
  • Low Oil Alarm: Indicates low engine oil level.
  • ECO Mode Switch: Activates economy mode for reduced fuel consumption and noise.

Setup and Preparation

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the generator from its packaging. Inspect for any shipping damage.
  2. Placement: Place the generator on a firm, level surface outdoors in a well-ventilated area, away from combustible materials and at least 1 meter (3 feet) from buildings or other equipment.
  3. Add Engine Oil:
    • Ensure the generator is off and cool.
    • Remove the oil filler cap/dipstick.
    • Add recommended engine oil (e.g., SAE 10W-30) to the specified level. Do not overfill. Refer to the engine manual for exact oil capacity.
    • Securely replace the oil filler cap/dipstick.
  4. Add Fuel:
    • Ensure the generator is off and cool.
    • Use unleaded gasoline (ROZ95).
    • Open the fuel tank cap and carefully fill the tank, avoiding overfilling. The tank capacity is 10 liters.
    • Securely close the fuel tank cap. Wipe up any spilled fuel immediately.
  5. Check Air Filter: Ensure the air filter is clean and properly installed.

Operating Instructions

Starting the Generator:

  1. Ensure the generator is on a level surface.
  2. Turn the fuel valve to the ON position.
  3. If starting a cold engine, move the choke lever to the CHOKE position. For a warm engine, leave it in the RUN position.
  4. Turn the engine switch to the START position.
  5. Pull the recoil starter handle slowly until resistance is felt, then pull briskly. Repeat if necessary until the engine starts.
  6. Once the engine starts, slowly move the choke lever to the RUN position.
  7. Allow the engine to warm up for a few minutes before connecting electrical loads.

Connecting Electrical Devices:

  • Ensure the generator is running stably.
  • Plug your electrical devices into the 230V AC outlets or use the 12V DC output as needed.
  • Do not exceed the generator's rated output (2800W continuous, 3000W max). Overloading will trigger the overload alarm and may shut down the generator.

ECO Mode Operation:

  • To activate ECO mode, switch the ECO mode switch to ON.
  • In ECO mode, the engine speed automatically adjusts to the connected load, reducing fuel consumption and noise when less power is required.
  • For full power or starting high-load devices, switch ECO mode to OFF.

Stopping the Generator:

  1. Disconnect all electrical devices from the generator.
  2. Allow the generator to run for a few minutes without load to cool down.
  3. Turn the engine switch to the OFF position.
  4. Turn the fuel valve to the OFF position.

Maintenance

Regular maintenance is crucial for the longevity and reliable operation of your generator. Always ensure the engine is off and cool before performing any maintenance.

Maintenance Schedule:

  • Before Each Use: Check engine oil level, fuel level, and inspect for any visible damage or leaks.
  • Every 20 Hours of Operation or Monthly: Check and clean the air filter.
  • Every 50 Hours of Operation or Every 3 Months: Change engine oil.
  • Every 100 Hours of Operation or Every 6 Months: Inspect spark plug, clean or replace as needed. Inspect fuel filter.
  • Annually: Have a qualified technician inspect the generator thoroughly.

Storage:

  • For long-term storage (over 30 days), drain the fuel tank and carburetor. Run the engine until it stops from lack of fuel.
  • Change the engine oil.
  • Clean the exterior of the generator.
  • Store in a clean, dry, well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
