1. Place food in an oven-safe dish.
2. Press the 'Hot Air' button.
3. Rotate the dial to set the desired temperature (up to 200°C).
4. Press 'Hot Air' again to confirm temperature, then rotate the dial to set the cooking time.
5. Press 'Start/Quick Start' to begin.
