2. Safety Information
Please read all safety instructions carefully before installation and operation. Failure to do so may result in injury, damage to the product, or property damage.
- Electrical Safety: Ensure power is disconnected before installation or maintenance. Connect the light only to power sources within the specified voltage range (12-24V AC/DC). Incorrect voltage can damage the unit.
- Mounting: Mount the beacon securely on a stable surface to prevent it from dislodging during operation or movement.
- Visibility: Do not stare directly into the LED light, as it can cause temporary vision impairment.
- Environment: While durable, avoid exposing the unit to extreme temperatures or corrosive substances that may compromise its integrity.
- Professional Installation: If you are unsure about the installation process, consult a qualified electrician or technician.
3. Package Contents
Verify that all components are present in the package:

5. Setup and Installation
The B2L LED Warning Light is designed for permanent surface mounting. Follow these steps for proper installation:
- Choose Mounting Location: Select a flat, stable surface that can securely hold the beacon and provides optimal visibility for its intended purpose. Ensure the surface is clean and dry.
- Mark Drilling Points: Place the foam bottom gasket on the chosen surface and use it as a template to mark the positions for the mounting holes.
- Drill Holes: Carefully drill holes at the marked points. Ensure the drill bit size is appropriate for the provided mounting bolts.
- Route Wiring: If not already present, create an opening to route the power wires from the beacon to your power source.
- Secure Gasket and Beacon: Place the foam gasket over the drilled holes. Position the beacon on top of the gasket, aligning its mounting holes with those on the surface and gasket.
- Fasten the Beacon: Insert the provided bolts through the beacon's base, gasket, and the mounting surface. Secure with washers and nuts from underneath. Tighten firmly but do not overtighten to avoid damaging the housing.
- Wire Connections:
- Identify the positive (+) and negative (-) wires from the beacon.
- Connect the beacon's positive wire to your 12-24V AC/DC power source's positive terminal.
- Connect the beacon's negative wire to your 12-24V AC/DC power source's negative (ground) terminal.
- Use the provided wire connectors or other suitable electrical connectors to ensure secure and insulated connections.
- Ensure all connections are protected from moisture and physical damage.
- Test Functionality: Once all connections are secure, apply power to the circuit to test the beacon. The LED light should illuminate steadily.

6. Operating Instructions
The B2L Series LED Warning Light is a simple, steady-on device. Once properly installed and connected to a compatible power source (12-24V AC/DC), it will illuminate continuously when power is supplied.
- Activation: The light activates immediately upon receiving power. There are no external switches or controls on the unit itself.
- Deactivation: To turn off the light, disconnect the power supply to the unit.
- Light Pattern: This model provides a non-flashing, steady-on light output, designed for constant visibility.

7. Maintenance
The B2L LED Warning Light is designed for low maintenance. Regular inspection and cleaning will help ensure its longevity and optimal performance.
- Cleaning:
- Periodically clean the outer lens with a soft, damp cloth to remove dirt, dust, or debris that may obstruct light output.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the polycarbonate lens or housing.
- Inspection:
- Regularly check the mounting hardware for tightness. Vibrations can loosen bolts over time.
- Inspect the wiring for any signs of wear, fraying, or corrosion. Repair or replace damaged wiring immediately.
- Ensure the foam gasket is still providing a good seal against moisture and dust.
- LED Longevity: The integrated LED light source has a long lifespan and does not require replacement under normal operating conditions.
8. Troubleshooting
If your B2L LED Warning Light is not functioning as expected, refer to the following troubleshooting guide:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Light does not illuminate | No power supply Incorrect wiring Blown fuse/tripped breaker Damaged unit | Verify power is supplied to the circuit. Check all wire connections for proper polarity and tightness. Inspect and replace any blown fuses or reset breakers in the power circuit. If all else fails, the unit may be damaged. Contact support. |
| Light flickers or is dim | Insufficient voltage Loose connection Corroded wiring | Ensure the power supply is within the 12-24V AC/DC range. Check all electrical connections for tightness. Inspect wiring for corrosion and clean or replace as necessary. |
| Mounting feels loose | Mounting bolts are loose Surface material degradation | Tighten mounting bolts securely. If the mounting surface is compromised, relocate the beacon or reinforce the mounting area. |
