  1. Select Firing Mode: Use the orange selector switch located on the side of the blaster to choose your desired firing mode:
    • Single-fire: Fires one dart per trigger pull.
    • Burst-fire: Fires multiple darts per trigger pull (typically 3 darts).
    • Continuous-fire: Unleashes darts in a continuous stream as long as the trigger is held.
  2. Power Up Motor: Press and hold the acceleration button (located below the trigger) to power up the blaster's motor.
  3. Fire Darts: While holding the acceleration button, pull the main trigger to fire darts according to the selected mode.

Maintenance

To ensure optimal performance and longevity of your Nerf Modulus Regulator, follow these general maintenance guidelines:

  • Keep the blaster clean and free of dust and debris. Use a dry cloth to wipe down surfaces.
  • Store darts properly to prevent bending or damage, which can affect firing performance.
  • Remove batteries if the blaster will not be used for an extended period to prevent corrosion.

Troubleshooting

  • Darts not firing or jamming: Ensure only official Nerf Elite darts are used. Check the jam door (if applicable) for any lodged darts. Some users report the jam door opening may be narrow, requiring careful removal of jammed darts.
  • Blaster not powering on: Verify that four (4) fresh C alkaline batteries are correctly installed with proper polarity.
  • Empty clip indicator light blinking falsely: The sensor for the empty clip indicator requires darts to be in a precise position. If the light blinks falsely, it may temporarily cut power to the dart conveyor belt. Ensure darts are properly seated in the clip.
