2. Setup

1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
2. Placement: Place the machine on a clean, stable, and flat surface. Ensure there is enough space around the machine for the water tank to pivot.
3. Fill Water Tank: Fill the 40 oz. removable water tank with fresh drinking water. The water tank can be pivoted to the side or back of the machine to optimize countertop space.
4. Plug In: Plug the power cord directly into a grounded wall outlet.
5. Initial Rinse: Before first use, perform a rinse cycle. Fill the water tank, place a large container under the coffee outlet, and press the brew button without a capsule. Repeat this process 2-3 times to clean the internal system.

3. Operating Instructions

Brewing Coffee or Espresso

1. Ensure the water tank is filled with fresh water.
2. Gently lift the machine head using the lever. If a used capsule is present, it will automatically eject into the used capsule container.
3. Insert a Nespresso Vertuo capsule into the capsule holder.
4. Gently close the machine head until it locks into place.
5. Place your desired cup on the adjustable cup support. The cup support can be moved up or down to accommodate different cup sizes and minimize splash.
6. Press the brew button once. The machine will automatically read the barcode on the capsule and brew the coffee or espresso to the correct size and parameters.

Using the Aeroccino3 Milk Frother

1. Pour milk into the Aeroccino3. Do not exceed the maximum fill line indicated inside the frother.
2. Place the lid securely on the frother.
3. For hot milk froth, press the button once. For cold milk froth, press and hold the button for approximately 2 seconds until the light turns blue.
4. The frother will automatically stop when the milk is ready.

The Aeroccino3 milk frother prepares hot or cold milk froth for barista-style beverages.

4. Maintenance

Cleaning

• Daily Cleaning: After each use, empty and rinse the drip tray and used capsule container. Wipe down the exterior of the machine with a soft, damp cloth.
• Water Tank: Clean the water tank regularly with mild detergent and rinse thoroughly.
• Aeroccino3: Clean the interior of the milk frother immediately after each use with a soft, damp cloth. Do not immerse the frother base in water.

Descaling
