This countertop water dispenser is designed to provide instant access to both hot and cold water, accommodating 3 or 5-gallon water bottles. It features a built-in compressor for efficient cooling and a child safety lock for the hot water spout.
2. Important Safety Information
To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury, always follow basic safety precautions when using this appliance.
- Read all instructions before using the appliance.
- Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner.

4. Product Overview
Familiarize yourself with the components of your water dispenser:

- Hot Water Spout: Dispenses hot water. Features a child safety lock.
- Cold Water Spout: Dispenses cold water.
- LED Indicators:
- Red LED: Indicates hot water heating is active.
- Yellow LED: Indicates power is supplied to the unit.
- Green LED: Indicates cold water cooling is active.
- Hot Water Switch (Rear): Controls the hot water heating function.
- Cold Water Switch (Rear): Controls the cold water cooling function.

5. Setup Instructions
- Unpack the Dispenser: Carefully remove the dispenser from its packaging.
- Placement: Place the dispenser on a flat, stable, and level surface. Ensure there is adequate space (at least 4 inches) around the back and sides for proper ventilation. Avoid placing it in direct sunlight or near heat sources.
- Initial Cleaning: Before first use, it is recommended to clean the internal water tanks.
- Place an empty bucket under the spouts.
- Pour approximately 1 liter of clean water into the water bottle support area.
- Dispense water from both hot and cold spouts until the water runs clear. Discard this water.
- Repeat this process 2-3 times to ensure thorough flushing.
- Install Water Bottle: Remove the cap from a 3 or 5-gallon water bottle. Carefully lift the bottle and place it upright onto the water bottle support on top of the dispenser. Ensure it is seated firmly.
- Plug In: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet (120/240V). The yellow "POWER" LED indicator should illuminate.
- Activate Heating/Cooling: Locate the red (hot water) and green (cold water) switches on the back of the unit. Flip them to the "ON" position. The red "HOT" and green "COLD" LED indicators on the front will illuminate.
- Wait for Temperature: Allow approximately 15-20 minutes for the water to reach optimal hot and cold temperatures. The respective LED indicators will turn off once the desired temperature is reached and cycle on/off during operation to maintain temperature.
6. Operating Instructions
Once the dispenser is set up and the water has reached temperature, it is ready for use.
- Dispensing Cold Water:
- Place a cup under the blue (cold water) spout.
- Press the cold water lever. Water will dispense.
- Release the lever to stop the flow.
- Dispensing Hot Water (with Child Safety Lock):
- Place a heat-resistant cup under the red (hot water) spout.
- Simultaneously push the child safety lock button (usually located above the lever) and press the hot water lever.
- Release both the safety lock and the lever to stop the flow.
- Caution: Hot water is very hot (185-205°F). Exercise extreme care to prevent burns.
- Replacing Water Bottle: When the water bottle is empty, carefully lift it off the dispenser. Place a new 3 or 5-gallon bottle onto the support. The dispenser will automatically refill its internal tanks.
7. Maintenance
Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure optimal performance and longevity of your water dispenser.
- External Cleaning:
- Unplug the dispenser from the power outlet.
- Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Clean the drip tray and grille regularly. The drip tray is removable for easy cleaning.
- Internal Cleaning (Every 3-6 Months):
- Unplug the dispenser and remove the water bottle.
- Drain all remaining water from both hot and cold spouts into a bucket.
- Prepare a cleaning solution: Mix 1 gallon of water with 1 cup of white vinegar, or use a food-grade water dispenser cleaning solution.
- Pour the cleaning solution into the water bottle support area.
- Allow the solution to sit for 15-30 minutes.
- Drain the cleaning solution through both spouts until the tanks are empty.
- Rinse thoroughly by pouring several gallons of clean water through the dispenser, draining each gallon completely from both spouts. Continue until no vinegar smell or taste remains.
- Replace the water bottle and plug in the unit.
- Rear Fan Cleaning: Periodically check the cooling fan grille at the back of the unit for dust accumulation. Use a soft brush or vacuum cleaner to gently remove any dust to ensure proper airflow and cooling efficiency.
8. Troubleshooting
