2. Setup
2.1. Package Contents
Before you begin, ensure all items are present in the package:
- Logitech MK850 Wireless Keyboard
- Logitech MK850 Wireless Mouse
- Logitech Unifying™ USB Receiver
- 2 x AAA Batteries (for keyboard)
- 1 x AA Battery (for mouse)

2.2. Battery Installation
The keyboard requires two AAA batteries, and the mouse requires one AA battery. Batteries are included.
- Locate the battery compartments on the underside of the keyboard and mouse.
- Open the compartments and insert the batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
- Close the battery compartments securely.
2.3. Connecting Your Devices
The MK850 Combo offers two connection methods: Logitech Unifying™ USB receiver or Bluetooth.
2.3.1. Via Logitech Unifying™ USB Receiver
This method provides a robust 2.4 GHz wireless connection.
- Plug the Logitech Unifying™ USB receiver into an available USB port on your computer.
- Turn on the keyboard and mouse using their respective power switches.
- The devices should automatically connect to the receiver. If not, use the Logitech Options software to pair them.

Connect your devices directly to Bluetooth-enabled computers, tablets, or smartphones.
- Turn on the keyboard and mouse.
- On both the keyboard and mouse, press and hold one of the Easy-Switch buttons (1, 2, or 3) for 3 seconds until the LED light next to the button starts blinking rapidly. This indicates pairing mode.
- On your computer, tablet, or smartphone, open Bluetooth settings and select 'Logitech MK850 Keyboard' or 'Logitech MK850 Mouse' from the list of available devices to pair.
- Follow any on-screen prompts to complete the pairing process.
2.4. Easy-Switch Functionality
The MK850 Combo allows you to connect and switch between up to three different devices seamlessly.
- On the keyboard, use the dedicated Easy-Switch buttons (1, 2, 3) located above the numeric keypad to instantly switch between paired devices.

5.1. Connectivity Issues
- Devices not connecting: Ensure both keyboard and mouse are powered on. Check battery levels and replace if necessary. For Unifying receiver, ensure it's securely plugged into a working USB port. For Bluetooth, ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your host device and the devices are in pairing mode.
- Interference: Move the devices closer to the receiver or host device. Avoid placing them near other wireless devices or large metal objects that might cause interference.
- Re-pairing: If connection is lost, try re-pairing the devices using the instructions in Section 2.3. You may need to use the Logitech Options software for Unifying receiver re-pairing.
5.2. Performance Issues
