2. Setup and Installation
2.1 Battery Installation
- Gently twist the back cover of the tap light counter-clockwise to open the battery compartment.
- Insert three (3) AAA batteries (not included) into the compartment, ensuring correct polarity (+/-) as indicated inside.
- Replace the back cover by aligning the tabs and twisting clockwise until securely closed.
2.2 Mounting Options
The Energizer LED Tap Light offers flexible mounting options:
- Double-Sided Tape: For quick and easy installation on smooth, clean surfaces. Peel the backing from the included double-sided tape and firmly press the light onto the desired location.
- Screws: For a more permanent fixture (screws not included). Use the screw holes on the back cover as a template to mark and pre-drill holes if necessary. Secure the light with appropriate screws for your surface.

3. Operating Instructions
To operate the Energizer LED Tap Light, simply press the center of the light lens. The light will turn ON. Press the center of the light lens again to turn the light OFF.

4. Maintenance
4.1 Battery Replacement
When the light begins to dim or fails to turn on, it is time to replace the batteries. Follow the steps in Section 2.1 to replace the three (3) AAA batteries. Always replace all three batteries at the same time with new ones for optimal performance.
4.2 Cleaning
To clean the light, wipe it with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the light in water, as it is not water-resistant.
