Setup

Charging the Speaker

Locate the rubber flap on the side of the speaker. Carefully open it to expose the Micro USB charging port.
Connect the small end of the included Micro USB cable to the speaker's charging port.
Connect the large end of the USB cable to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
The charging indicator light will illuminate (typically red) to show that the speaker is charging. It will turn off or change color (e.g., blue) when fully charged.
Once charging is complete, securely close the rubber flap to maintain the speaker's waterproof rating.

Note: For optimal battery life, fully charge the speaker before first use.

Attaching the Rubber Strap

The included rubber strap can be attached to the speaker's integrated loop for easy carrying or hanging.

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off

To power on, press and hold the Power button () for 2 seconds. You will hear an audible prompt.
To power off, press and hold the Power button for 2 seconds. You will hear an audible prompt.

Bluetooth Pairing

Ensure the speaker is powered on. It will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode if no device is connected. The Bluetooth indicator light will flash rapidly.
On your Bluetooth device (e.g., smartphone, tablet), navigate to the Bluetooth settings.
Select "ION Dunk" from the list of available devices.
Once paired, the Bluetooth indicator light on the speaker will glow solid blue, and you will hear a confirmation tone.
To disconnect or pair with a new device, press and hold the Bluetooth button for 2 seconds to enter pairing mode again.

Tip: If your device prompts for a password, enter "0000".

Music Playback

Play/Pause: Press the Play/Pause button () once.
Next Track: Press the Next Track button () once.
Previous Track: Press the Previous Track button () once.
Volume Up: Press the Volume Up button () repeatedly.
Volume Down: Press the Volume Down button () repeatedly.

Making/Receiving Calls

Answer Call: When a call comes in, press the Play/Pause button once.
End Call: During a call, press the Play/Pause button once.
Reject Call: When a call comes in, press and hold the Play/Pause button for 2 seconds.
Redial Last Number: In standby mode, double-press the Play/Pause button.

Maintenance and Care

Cleaning: Use a soft, damp cloth to clean the speaker's exterior. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
Waterproof Integrity: Always ensure the rubber flap covering the charging and AUX ports is securely closed before exposing the speaker to water.
Storage: Store the speaker in a cool, dry place when not in use. Avoid extreme temperatures.
Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. Recharge the speaker regularly, even if not in constant use.

Troubleshooting

Problem	Possible Solution
Speaker does not power on.	Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the speaker to a power source using the Micro USB cable.
Cannot pair with Bluetooth device.	Ensure the speaker is in pairing mode (flashing blue light). Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device. Move the speaker closer to your device. Turn off and on both the speaker and your device's Bluetooth. Clear "ION Dunk" from your device's Bluetooth list and try pairing again.
No sound or low volume.	Increase the volume on both the speaker and your connected device. Ensure the speaker is properly paired. Check if the audio source is playing.
Sound distortion.	Reduce the volume on either the speaker or your connected device. Move the speaker closer to your device to avoid interference.
