Your ZINUS mattress is expertly compressed and rolled into one box for convenient shipping and easy maneuvering into your bedroom. Follow these steps for proper setup:

1. Carefully remove the mattress from its packaging.
2. Unroll the compressed mattress onto your bed frame or foundation.
3. Allow 24-72 hours for the mattress to fully expand to its original shape. Expansion time may vary based on room temperature; warmer rooms facilitate faster expansion.

CertiPUR-US Certified Foams

The foams used in this mattress are CertiPUR-US certified, ensuring they meet rigorous standards for content, emissions, and durability. This means they are made without ozone depleters, PBDE flame retardants, mercury, lead, and other heavy metals, formaldehyde, and phthalates regulated by the Consumer Product Safety Commission. Care and Maintenance

To maintain the longevity and performance of your ZINUS mattress, consider the following care tips:

• Rotation: Periodically rotate your mattress (head to foot) to promote even wear and extend its lifespan.
• Cleaning: Spot clean any spills immediately with a mild detergent and damp cloth. Avoid saturating the mattress. Do not machine wash or dry clean the mattress cover.
• Protection: Using a mattress protector is highly recommended to guard against spills, stains, and allergens.
• Ventilation: Allow your mattress to air out periodically, especially after unboxing, to maintain freshness.

For detailed care instructions, please refer to the official User Guide PDF linked in the 'Warranty & Support' section.

Troubleshooting

Initial Odor

Upon unboxing, a slight odor, often referred to as 'new mattress smell,' may be present. This is normal and harmless, resulting from the manufacturing and compression process. To dissipate the odor, ensure the mattress is in a well-ventilated room. The smell typically fades within 24-72 hours.

Incomplete Expansion

While most mattresses expand quickly, full expansion can take up to 72 hours. If your mattress does not appear to have fully expanded, ensure it is laid flat in a warm room. Colder temperatures can slow down the expansion process. If issues persist beyond 72 hours, please contact customer support.
