Setup

Charging the Device

The BT-84CB comes with a built-in rechargeable lithium-ion battery. Before first use, fully charge the device.

1. Connect the provided USB charging cable to the device's USB port.
2. Connect the other end of the USB cable to the original USB adapter (110/220 Volt) and plug it into a power outlet. Alternatively, you can connect it to a laptop, desktop, or battery pack.
3. The LED display will indicate charging status. A full charge typically takes approximately 3 hours.
4. Once fully charged, disconnect the charging cable. The device is now ready for portable use for up to 8 hours at 75% volume.

Initial Power On

Operating Instructions

Bluetooth Pairing

The device features Bluetooth 4.1 for wireless audio streaming.

1. Ensure the BT-84CB is powered on.
2. Activate Bluetooth on your smartphone, tablet, or other Bluetooth-enabled device.
3. Search for available Bluetooth devices. The BT-84CB will appear as "Boytone BT-84CB" or similar.
4. Select the device to pair. A confirmation sound or message may indicate successful pairing.
5. Once paired, you can play audio from your connected device through the BT-84CB speaker.

Hands-Free Calling: When connected via Bluetooth, you can answer incoming calls directly through the speaker using the built-in microphone. Use the designated call button (refer to device buttons) to answer, end, or refuse calls.

FM Radio Operation

To listen to FM radio:

1. Switch the device to FM radio mode (if applicable, usually by pressing a 'Mode' button).
2. Use the tuning buttons (often labeled with arrows or +/-) to scan for radio stations.
3. The LED display will show the current frequency.

Alarm Clock Setup

1. Insert a USB flash drive into the USB slot or a Micro SD card into the Micro SD slot.

AUX Input
