Important Safety Instructions

• Read all instructions before using the appliance.

1. Mister Outer: Where the cool mist is dispersed.
2. Lift Handle: For easy removal and carrying of the water tank.
3. Water Tank: Holds up to 5 liters of water.
4. Built-in Filter: Helps purify the water.
5. Base: Contains the ultrasonic transducer and control panel.

Setup

1. Unpack: Carefully remove all packaging materials and place the humidifier on a flat, stable, and waterproof surface.
2. Remove Water Tank: Lift the water tank from the base using the lift handle.
3. Fill Water Tank: Invert the water tank and unscrew the cap. Fill the tank with clean, cool tap water. Distilled or demineralized water is recommended to minimize mineral buildup and "white dust." Securely screw the cap back on.
4. Place Tank on Base: Place the filled water tank back onto the humidifier base, ensuring it is seated correctly.
5. Connect Power: Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet. The humidifier is now ready for operation.

Operating Instructions

The URPOWER MH501 features a simple touch control for operation.

1. Power On: Touch the "ON/OFF" button once to turn on the humidifier. It will start operating on the Low mist setting (indicated by the 'L' LED).
2. Adjust Mist Level:
   • Touch the "ON/OFF" button again to switch to Medium mist ('M' LED).
   • Touch the "ON/OFF" button a third time to switch to High mist ('H' LED).
   • Touch the "ON/OFF" button a fourth time to cycle back to Low mist.
3. Sleep Mode: To activate sleep mode, press and hold the "ON/OFF" button for 3 seconds. The indicator lights will turn off, and the humidifier will continue operating at the current mist setting without any annoying beeps. Press and hold again to exit sleep mode and restore indicator lights.
4. Power Off: To turn off the humidifier, cycle through the mist settings until the unit powers off, or unplug it from the power outlet.
5. Automatic Shut-Off: The humidifier will automatically shut off when the water level in the tank is too low. The indicator light will change to red. Refill the water tank to resume operation.

Maintenance

Regular cleaning is crucial for optimal performance and hygiene. Always unplug the unit before cleaning.

Daily Maintenance:

• Empty any remaining water from the tank and base.
• Rinse the water tank and base with fresh water.
• Wipe the base and water tank dry with a clean cloth.

Weekly Maintenance (or more often with hard water):

1. Descaling the Water Tank:
   • Pour 2-4 tablespoons of white vinegar into the water tank.
   • Fill the tank with water and let it sit for 30 minutes.
   • Empty the tank and rinse thoroughly with clean water.
2. Descaling the Base & Ultrasonic Transducer:
   • Pour 1-2 tablespoons of white vinegar into the water reservoir of the base.
   • Let it soak for 5-10 minutes.
   • Use the provided cleaning brush to gently clean the ultrasonic transducer and other areas in the base.
   • Rinse the base thoroughly with clean water, ensuring no vinegar residue remains.
3. Filter Cleaning: The built-in filter can be rinsed under running water. If significant mineral buildup occurs, soak it in a vinegar solution for 10-15 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.

Storage: When not in use for extended periods, clean the humidifier thoroughly, ensure all parts are dry, and store it in a cool, dry place.
