4. Setup and First Use
- Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
- Placement: Place the warmer on a flat, stable, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure it is away from water sources and flammable materials.
- Insert Wax Can: Remove the lid from your 5 oz. wax can. Place the wax can directly into the warmer.
- Attach Clean Collar: Place the included clean collar around the rim of the wax can to help keep the warmer clean.
- Connect Power: Plug the warmer into a suitable electrical outlet.
5. Operating Instructions
- Turn On: Rotate the temperature control knob to the "High" setting to begin melting the wax.
- Melt Wax: Allow approximately 20-30 minutes for the wax to melt to a creamy consistency. Melting time may vary depending on the type and amount of wax.
- Adjust Temperature: Once the wax has melted, rotate the temperature control knob to a lower setting (between "Low" and "Medium") to maintain a working temperature. The adjustable thermostat ensures the wax remains at an optimal temperature for application.
- Test Temperature: Before applying wax to skin, always test a small amount on the inside of your wrist to ensure it is not too hot. The wax should be warm and comfortable, not scalding.
- Apply Wax: Use a wax applicator to apply a thin, even layer of wax in the direction of hair growth.
- Remove Wax: For soft wax, apply a cloth strip over the wax, press firmly, and quickly pull against the direction of hair growth. For hard wax, allow it to cool slightly until firm, then pull directly.
- Turn Off: When finished, rotate the temperature control knob to the "Off" position and unplug the warmer from the electrical outlet.
