4. Setup

1. Unpack: Carefully remove all packaging materials and labels from the griddle.
2. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wash the griddle plate, drip tray, and handles in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Do not immerse the temperature control probe in water.
3. Assemble: Ensure the drip tray is correctly inserted into its slot beneath the griddle plate. Attach the temperature control probe securely into the receptacle on the side of the griddle.
4. Placement: Place the griddle on a stable, heat-resistant, and dry surface, away from the edge of the counter.

5.1 Pre-heating

1. Plug the temperature control probe into a standard 120V AC electrical outlet.
2. Turn the temperature control dial to your desired cooking temperature (up to 400°F). The indicator light will illuminate, signaling that the griddle is heating.
3. Allow the griddle to pre-heat until the indicator light turns off, indicating the set temperature has been reached.

5.2 Cooking

5.3 Drip Tray Functionality

3. Drip Tray: Empty the contents of the drip tray and wash it in warm, soapy water or place it in the dishwasher.
