Battery Installation
- Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the scale.
- Open the battery compartment cover.
- Insert the 3 AA batteries (included) into the compartment, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
- Close the battery compartment cover securely.
Initial Setup

Operating Instructions
Weighing
- Ensure the scale is on a hard, flat, and stable surface.
- Gently step onto the center of the scale. The scale will automatically turn on and display your weight.
- Remain still until the weight reading stabilizes on both the digital LCD and the electro-mechanical dial.
- Step off the scale. The display will hold the weight for a few seconds before automatically turning off.
Changing Measurement Units (lbs/kg)
To switch between pounds (lbs) and kilograms (kg), locate the unit conversion button on the underside of the scale, usually near the battery compartment. Press this button to toggle between the desired units.
Daily Weigh-in Alarm
